begin every coaching relationship with a thorough interview
to gain insights about their background, including education
and work history. We then administer a variey of personality
and career assessments to identify strengths, interests
and work styles. For executives and managers, we conduct
customized 360 Degree Feedback. Based on that feedback,
the client develops a customized career development plan.
Our weekly one-on-one conversations take place via face
to face, web cam or telephone meetings.
Three, six and
twelve month programs are available.
Executive
