Workers Want More Flex-Time and Ability to Unplug

EY, the Global consulting firm, recently surveyed their 9700 full-time workers and found nearly one -third  responded that   managing their work and personal lives has become more difficult.  They want competitive pay and benefits,  flex-time, without a formal agreement, paid parental leave, less overtime, and the ability to unplug when they need to focus on their personal lives.  See article:
